Terms of Service & Engagement

1. Master Services Agreement

All client engagements undertaken by XPRTIT are governed by a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) defining sprint milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment allocations.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

Upon receipt of final milestone payments, full intellectual property rights, code repositories, design tokens, and digital assets transfer unconditionally to the client. XPRTIT retains the right to showcase non-confidential visual work in agency case study portfolios unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly specifies otherwise.

3. Warranties & Code Integrity

We warrant that all delivered code is free from malicious scripts and conforms to modern standards (Next.js, TypeScript, WCAG AA accessibility). Post-launch support and bug fixes are provided in accordance with the warranty terms specified in each client SOW.

4. Governing Law

These terms and related agreements shall be construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles.
